0.5 cups couscous "Mistral" pour 200 ml of hot water. Let stand. Meanwhile, let's get mushrooms and vegetables.

Finely chop onion, mushrooms cut into big pieces and fry in olive oil for 5-8 minutes, add salt to taste. Spread in a separate dish.

Coarsely cut (I used a special float) celery root, carrot, squeezed 2 cloves of garlic and fry in olive oil, add 1 tbsp of butter for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 1 tsp dried oregano, ground black pepper and salt to taste.
