To “Refine” the Royal favourite, fine ground barley in the XIX century was renamed into “barley”, i.e. “pearl” (from the word “pearl”). Barley contains exactly those dietary fibers, vitamins, macro - and microelements necessary for normal functioning of the body and good health.

Pearl barley, best quality, wash and cover with cold water for 12 hours. Krupa from the Mistral, just what you need for cooking delicious meals.

Serve "Pearl, rich porridge" as a completely separate dish, and not some garnish or additive to the second dish. This cereal will not give any one soldier. Enjoy!
