    2 piece

  • Fat

    300 g

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

step-0
1. Take the fish (I have pelengas), clean it from scales, remove the entrails, fins. I was a big fish, I cut it in half.
step-1
2. Bacon cut into small pieces, add spices to taste.
step-2
3. Prepare sauce: mix the vegetable oil (I used olive, but can be more), mustard and juice of 1 lemon, add a little nutmeg. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass.
step-3
4. On a baking sheet put foil. Do fish cuts at an angle of 45 degrees, not cutting through to the end. Inside the fish, coat with sauce, then add the greens (I put the beam), a bit of bacon and a few slices of lemon. On the one hand fish the incisions and put the bacon and slices of lemon, pour the sauce and spread on foil. Do the same with the top: insert the fat in the cuts, then the lemon and pour the sauce. Wrap the fish in foil and put it in the oven for 15 minutes.
step-4
5. After 15 minutes open the foil on the fish and let it stand in the oven until Golden brown. Take out of the oven. The fish is ready. Bon appetit!!!
