Incredibly delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Flour

    125 g

  • Leavening agent

  • Margarine

    60 g

Prepare the necessary ingredients

To the honey add 2 tbsp sugar and warm to dissolve sugar, pour into mold (previously greased with margarine and lined with parchment).

Pears wash, cut into plates and put on med

Margarine to mix with sugar (60gr.) smejat the flour with the baking powder and add to margarine. Mix well

Proteins vzbit in a solid foam.

Proteins add to the dough and mix gently. The resulting dough pour into shape and put in a preheated 180 gr. oven Bake for 40 min.

After 40 min. the cake remove from oven, let cool slightly and flip. Bon appetit.
