Cooking
Lay on the Desk in the flour and cut into pieces softened butter. Perenesite hands, forming an even mass. Add the sugar, egg, yolks, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
Quickly knead the dough, form a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling for the tartlets: place raisins in a bowl and pour warm water.
Boil 1 litre of slightly salted water, add the rice and cook for 6 minutes, Pour water out, rinse rice under running water and again put in a saucepan. Pour in the cold milk, bring to a boil and, stirring, cook about 12 minutes on medium heat until the milk is absorbed into rice.
Put the rice in another bowl and leave to cool. To the cooled rice add the sugar, egg yolks, cream and mix thoroughly.
The water drained from raisins. The raisins and pour the slightly dried along with candied fruit into the rice mixture. Add vanilla, cherry liqueur and mix well.
Turn on the oven. Roll out the dough on a floured work table to a sheet, 3 mm thick. Cut 24 oval and rolling out the cookie cutters. Pierce the dough with fork prongs
And fill molds with rice mixture. Bake the tartlets in a hot oven to 190-200 C, about 20 minutes.
Take out from the oven, spread on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve the tartlets cold, or slightly warm. Bon appetit!
