Pilaf in Iranian
Decided to get acquainted with Iranian cuisine, and prepare the pilaf of the national cuisine. A delicious combination of rice with cherries and chicken meat.

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Water

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cherries thawed, mix with the sugar and bring to a boil, the excess syrup to drain

Onions cut into rings. Chicken wash, dry, cut the sternum, put on pan, pour oil, add onion, pepper, pour a glass of water and simmer for 25 minutes

Then separate the meat from the bones and cut into pieces. Wash rice and boil in salted water until soft. In the cauldron, pour in 1/2 Cup of water, put half of the rice, pieces of chicken, remaining rice and cherry. Simmer in oven for 1 hour at 160*C
