Assorted vegetables with liver
My husband loves liver, so always have to think of something. And then there due to the strongly falling hemoglobin during pregnancy, more said the liver is. So I think that's the recipe. Happy to eat by herself and husband with her oldest child was delighted.

Ingredients

  • Liver Turkey

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Zucchini

    0.5 piece

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

Cooking

Coarsely chop the onion, sprinkle with salt, sbryzgivaem vinegar, leave for 15-20 minutes.

While onion is marinating, cut into cubes bell pepper and three carrots on a coarse grater.

Onion, carrot and pepper stir.

Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, mustard and tomato sauce.

Stir and leave for 20 minutes.

Liver cut into medium-sized pieces, sprinkle with spices to taste.

In the cauldron with hot oil place onion, carrots and pepper, simmer on medium heat until onions and carrots are soft.

Meanwhile, chop the zucchini cubes.

Mushrooms cut as someone like that.

When the onions, carrots and peppers were prototiles, add the liver. Stir and simmer for about 15 minutes (depends on what your liver).

Add the zucchini, stir and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Then add the mushrooms, stir, simmer 10 minutes.

Then chopped tomatoes, simmer for 5-7 minutes.

And finally, potatoes.

Topped up with water as needed, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, salt, pepper as needed (I did not have, it was enough that it was added to the onions and liver), stir and simmer until the potatoes are done.

Well, what happened as a result. Despite the fact that pretty much ate three in 2 sitting.
