Forelka in foil
Easy, quick and most importantly delicious method of cooking trout.

Ingredients

  • Trout

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Spices

Cooking

Half carcasses of trout to be cleaned from bones and skins. Season with salt and pepper.

Tomatoes, onions and lemon cut into thin slices.

The fish put on a baking sheet on foil (I'm talking about foil forgot, had suffer later shift). Place a layer of onions.

Arrange the lemon. The lemon peel gives a bitter, so the lemon can pre-clear who as loves.

Spread on top layer of tomatoes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Wrap it foil and bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Our fish is ready. For a side dish you can serve rice or mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!!!
