Butter fish with broccoli
This recipe arose when I needed to empty the freezer to clean the fridge. In the freezer remained cauliflower, broccoli and fish. From these ingredients I decided to cook dinner was very tasty, so I often cook a fish.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Cut the fish into small pieces, sprinkle with salt on both sides.

In a steamer put the cauliflower and broccoli, add salt to taste.

On top put the fish and cook in the steamer for 20 minutes.

The finished fish spread in a baking pan.

The fish put the cabbage, pour all the cream.

Cook in the oven for 15 minutes. (I was cooking at maximum power in a gas oven).

When serving, sprinkle with greens, and you can do without it.
