Cooking
Mix all the dry ingredients-flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla, cocoa. Mix all liquid ingredienti - vegetable oil, vinegar, a Cup of coffee. In the liquid mixture gradually introduced dry while stirring with a mixer. In the obtained mass add the cranberries, pre-dusted in 1 tablespoon flour.
The dough pour into a form with baking paper and greased. Bake in a preheated 180 deg. the oven 20 to 40 minutes (depending on form size) until tender. I readiness check with a wooden stick or a match.
The finished and cooled pie dough plaster (mix 1 tsp. of gin with 6 tsp. of Mar. powder). On top sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
