Chocolate-cranberry (vegetable pie)
Chocolate cake with cranberries, light, sweet, chocolate, sour. Prepared quickly and without problems.

Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar

    8 tsp

  • Cranberry

    1 cup

  • Rum

    1 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    0.25 cup

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

Mix all the dry ingredients-flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, vanilla, cocoa. Mix all liquid ingredienti - vegetable oil, vinegar, a Cup of coffee. In the liquid mixture gradually introduced dry while stirring with a mixer. In the obtained mass add the cranberries, pre-dusted in 1 tablespoon flour.

The dough pour into a form with baking paper and greased. Bake in a preheated 180 deg. the oven 20 to 40 minutes (depending on form size) until tender. I readiness check with a wooden stick or a match.
