Spicy nutty chicken breast in champagne
I love to experiment in the kitchen. Today was a very interesting flavor combination of nuts, champagne and a spicy-hot spices with garlic.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Champagne

    1 cup

  • Seasoning

    2 tsp

  • Nuts

    2 handful

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

Chicken breast cut into long thin pieces.

Lightly fry in a hot pan with 1 spoon of sunflower oil. And pour half a glass of champagne, wait until the boiled champagne.

Meanwhile prepare the nuts.

Nuts grind in a blender, not very finely.

Next step: Preparing the seasoning - salt, garlic and remaining champagne

Now do everything very quickly. The champagne evaporated, fry the chicken until Golden brown, add salt, seasoning and nuts. All mix and pour the remaining champagne, simmer 5 minutes and add the chopped garlic.

Serve with any of your favourite side dish.

My husband loves all that is witty, for it is cut into thin slices ginger.

In the finished meat is added to the ginger and fry for 2-3 minutes. And on the side he chose the red beans. After tasting, he was very pleased with the lunch.
