A very tasty dish. Tender minced meat wrapped in cabbage.

Cooking
Cabbage wash and gently cut the stalk. Cabbage is entirely submerged in boiling salted water. Cook until leaves are soft (i.e. elastic, not to overcook!!!). To disassemble the cabbage into separate leaves in water and those that don't cook, leave.
Cut the thicker part of the leaves.
To prepare the stuffing. Greens wash, and chop
Onions, tomatoes, peppers together with the beef mince.
Combine ground beef, rice, greens, add 0.5 Cup water, butter, salt, pepper and mix well.
On each cabbage leaf put the stuffing and roll the leaf with the stuffing envelope
On the bottom of the pan put a few leaves of cabbage, and they already put the cabbage rolls. Put on top of a plate. Add water so that liquid barely covered them.
To make the sauce: fry the onion until Golden, add scrolled through a meat grinder tomatoes, add salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the cabbage rolls
Simmer cabbage rolls over low heat about 30-40 minutes until the rice is tender.
Turn off and let stand for ~10 minutes under the lid. When serving, pour the cabbage rolls with sour cream (or without it).
