Cooking

step-0
So first thing's first, beat butter with sugar. I'm doing this blender.
step-1
In the process of adding 1 egg yolk. Further, the baking powder and flour: we take three types-white, rye and oatmeal-they complement each other in taste and beneficial properties. And for the usefulness of adding a couple of tablespoons of bran (I have wheat). Still time to treat yourself to a pastry, then let it be useful. Also into the batter add a teaspoon of zest for flavor.
step-2
Knead soft dough and sent it briefly to the refrigerator until filling will do.
step-3
Now the filling: pumpkin to bake and grind in a blender, or use a ready-made pumpkin puree. Put it in a blender...
step-4
... tofu chop...
step-5
... send it to a blender the pumpkin...
step-6
... and there we add 2 eggs, cream and 1 tbsp of semolina. It all a good whisk.
step-7
We get such a lot - our future stuffing.
step-8
Go back to the dough - we distribute it in shape, making edges higher.
step-9
Now about bananas... bananas I have These 100 years have not seen on sale. And then - Oh, miracle! Dried bananas (that's why they are called dried do not understand, they dried) I have been associated with childhood. My dad was in the military, though not in high rank. So, in their part was a small shop, where the soldiers bought something nice with the money sent to parents. That Papa always came back to me with a gift to bring. Selection there wasn't much - a couple of types of simple cookies, waffles, caramels and fruit, for some reason, dried bananas. Why they were brought to the store on-site godforsaken military town in the early 90's- also a mystery to me, but me dad bought most often. God, they were delicious!!! With a folder we were great friends, he loved with the dogs on the river to swim, to sing, to gain the Manchurian nuts, roast them on the fire and to dig a nail, sitting on the porch. So these bananas we always chewed together, their mother complained. And we have them instead of candy in the pockets to cram and go sharpen all day. Yeah, there was a time... Folder failed when I was 13. And, as silly as it sounded, but for some reason, when "Dried bananas", the first thing that came to mind: "folder","childhood"... Your dear mums, I devoted a previous recipe, and this cake I dedicate to the memory of his friend, the folder.
step-10
Oh... back from the waves of my memory to our pie. Bananas cut into smaller pieces.
step-11
Put them on the dough.
step-12
Pour the filling on top and send the cake in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
step-13
Here's a Sunny yellow and the cake turns out.
step-14
Sprinkle the finished cake with cinnamon. It is possible to dream up and decorate at your discretion. I'm using stencil "painted" cinnamon butterfly.
step-15
A cake I liked and in the heat and cold.
step-16
Basis crisp and crumbly, and the filling turned out thick, but soft, tender and very tasty.
step-17
Here razrezik: bananas are swollen from the fluid, softer, banana flavor became more pronounced and intense!
step-18
Help yourself and you health!
