Pork stew with bulgur
Bulgur stew with pork - this is a very nice dish with a rich and delicate flavor. And you don't stop until you finish off a big plate :)

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.2 kg

  • Bulgur

    250 g

  • Beans

    2 can

  • Carrots

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato juice

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Pork neck cut into large chunks. Coarsely chop the carrots. Passeruem finely chopped onion in a skillet. Put all in a roaster.

Add kidney beans out of the jar - whatever you like - even plain, though in tomato sauce, though "sweet chili". There also fill with bulgur. [b]Note: bulgur can replace rice with bulgur gently with rice brighter.[/b] Pour water so that it closed our ingredients. Add tomato juice (or tomato paste), 1/2 tsp sugar and salt and spices - to taste. Close the lid and put the roaster in the oven for 2 hours (at 200 degrees).

An hour and a half take a look, the water is almost all absorbed (if you used rice - she's just all absorbed). Add a few tablespoons of sour cream and leave in the oven for another 30-40 minutes. If within half an hour the water is not all absorbed, remove the lid and delusive for another 10-15 minutes.
