Description
Wonderful dish appeared at the height of the summer season. Friends came, and while we girls walked around the flower beds, the men prepared the feast. We were happy to eat the freshest dish and the next day found that the stew was even tastier. Today I decided to cook a stew from the remains of summer crops - zucchini, cabbage, carrots and onions - all grown in the country. Well, the meat - production our men!

Cooking
The key to any vegetable dish is a good piece of meat. Who disagree with me - don't read any further! In the fridge there are always a few variants of meat products - pork, bones, minced meat. This time the lucky pork ribs.
In boiling water got the pieces of ribs and meat, and chopped onion. All together cooked for about half an hour while I prepared the vegetables. On strong fire warmed the pan, added olive oil (can be vegetable), threw shredded cabbage. Roasted and added to her meat.
Meanwhile, the cleaned carrot and cut it like this - for some reason the sun felt like. Then sent it to the frying pan with oil. Then, in a pot of stew.
Zucchini sliced and diced until the meat, carrots and cabbages were braised in the pan, fry them on olive oil. And I'll add them to meat and vegetables. All together were extinguished in about 15 minutes, and then came the turn of tomatoes. You can take fresh, but I wanted to experiment with marinated - and they went into the pot...
Spices (and more!), love the mixture of peppers, I buy a mix for meat.... From Anapa were transported, perhaps, a kilogram of any southern seasonings! Don't forget the Bay leaf and turn off the pan. I close the finished dish with a towel for about half an hour and no one touches the pan. Now put in dish and...you CAN START DINNER! Invite a friend with a husband - it's his favorite dish!
