Stuffed hedgehog
This dish was invented by my eight year old daughter. Remember forest dwellers hiding from the rain under a mushroom? One of these residents has inspired the child to come up with tasty and hearty dish for both adults and children. Under the prickly needles, prepared from minced meat, hides stuffed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

  • Lettuce
