Peach cupcake
Experiment with a tired peaches and walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Peach

    5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    180 g

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

  • Vanilla

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Peaches cut into small pieces, add the egg with sugar, stir. Next add the baking powder, nuts and melted in not high heat the margarine, stir. Next, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, flour. The dough is not liquid and not thick, medium viscosity. Put it in a mold (I used silicone), before greased with vegetable oil and put in preheated oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Notice that this is my second experience in the life of baking the cake. Maybe someone will seem that the dough is not cooked. For my taste is fine O:-)
