Cutlets of lamb in a creamy cream
Cakes turn out crunchy on the outside and tender inside. The sauce adds a pleasant flavor to the dish. Try it, you will not regret. Very simple and fast.

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    700 g

  • Fat

    300 g

  • Onion

    7 piece

  • Bread

    200 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Greens

    5 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sweet white wine

    100 ml

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    300 ml

Training components: the bread Cut with crust and dunk it in a bowl of cold water. Meat clean from the films, cut into pieces. Mince meat, fat and onion. Chop finely the garlic and parsley (I love cilantro, so added cilantro), squeeze the bread and all the components to add to the stuffing. Add pepper, salt and all carefully mix.

To form patties and fry them in vegetable oil for three minutes on each side until the surface is browned and become crispy. The cutlets to shift directly into the form for later baking.

Drain from the frying pan of excess fat and a splash of wine there. Wooden spoon adscripti rest of the meat and the dried juice. Pour a large part of the juice from the frying pan to the chops, leaving a little in the pan.

Cream: Break eggs into a bowl, popraviti with salt and pepper and whisk. Add sour cream or yogurt and the remaining in the pan juice. Again mix well and add all the components.

To fill the cakes with cream, sprinkle with paprika between the cutlets, garnish with cream. Put the dish in the preheated to 180 gr. the oven and bake for one hour, until top is Golden brown.

Flow: the recipe to serve meatballs immediately out of the oven on preheated plates, top each portion to put another cream.
