Pork with cranberry-orange sauce
Meat in a spicy sauce is not only delicious, but also decorate any dining table. I love prepared quickly and without the hassle of affordable products.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Cranberry

    200 g

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

From oranges to remove the zest on a fine grater and squeeze the juice (you get about 100 ml). You can take the juice from the packets.

Take cranberries, honey and grind in a blender or skip the cranberries through a meat grinder and then combine with honey. If you have frozen berries, no need to defrost. The amount of honey can increase or decrease to your taste.

To grind the cranberries pour in the orange juice and stir.

Then add the orange zest and stir again.

Cut the meat with a thickness of about 1.5 cm, just a little bit to prisolit. Optionally, you can sprinkle any spices, but I like it taste, without shades.

Half of the sauce pour into a baking dish. I have a form were busy, so I had to do a split. But you do not repeat, learn from my mistakes. :-[ So the sauce does not leak, additionally wrapped in foil and still jump near the oven then an hour.

Lay out the slices of meat on top of sauce.

Pour on top of second half of the sauce and put in oven at T 180* 40-60 minutes.

The meat turns out very juicy, not sweet (which is important to many), beautiful. Decorating doesn't have time, managed to distribute close to the cucumbers and tomatoes just to take a picture, even cooked greens forgot. Ate everything in 5 minutes, only crackling behind the ears stood. :-D So do not judge strictly, next time I will try to fix it. :rose:
