Cheesecake with rhubarb
The filling is sweet and sour.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Margarine

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Rhubarb

  • Powdered sugar

To prepare the dough (the author of Goldilocks :D ): Dry yeast immediately mix with the flour. In a bowl, mix the eggs, salt, sugar, melted margarine, water and sour milk, gradually add flour mixed with yeast and kneading the dough.
