I wanted fish, but without the extra calories, and that turned out tasty.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    1 kg

  • Onion

    4 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Seasoning

    1 pack

This is what you need. Onion half-rings. Fish cut into portions. Foil cut into squares or rectangles to wrap the fish.

RUB the fish with "Vegeta" or spices for fish. On the foil put a layer of onions (not a picture of the bow).

The fish were coated with a thin layer of sour cream and spread on top of onions.

On top of the fish also put a layer of onions.

Wrap envelope.

Put our envelopes and allow to bake for approx 20 min, turning them. Readiness check the opening one envelope. Because different fish require different time.
