Mini quiches spinach with salmon
Left a bag of dog treats spinach in the fridge. Thought: "How to Excel?" And now we come up with! There are no secrets, but it turned out beautiful and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    250 g

  • Quail egg

    2 piece

  • Salmon

    60 g

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Spices

Boil the spinach. Cook for 5 minutes, so that the stems become soft.

Drain the water and squeeze the spinach as follows. Slice and set aside. Cut also into pieces of medium size salmon. I salted myself, but you can and ready.

Prepare the sauce "Bechamel". Melt the butter, add the flour, as it should stir and pour the milk. Without ceasing to stir, cook until starts to thicken. Add salt, pepper, add spices to taste (I usually TRU nutmeg).

Prepare molds. I took individual ramekins. Grease them with butter. Mix the spinach with the salmon and sauce "Bechamel".

Lay on the cocotte, and break a quail egg on top. Gently sawed a knife, as they are usually not broken as chicken.

Put the ramekins in a hot oven (210 degrees) for 10 minutes. Maybe a little more. As soon as the egg can be pulled out.

Serve hot. You can toast, smeared with a thin layer of butter. Very tasty!!
