Cooking
In a bowl pour the flour and salt, melted butter (liquid!) and water and stir everything. As needed, add water or flour to form a dough. Not hard, but not too soft. Due to hot oil it will be soft at first, but don't worry. Shape the dough into a ball and set aside for an hour. Sometimes perminate ball. As the cooling oil, it is formed in such a dough.
Then using a rolling pin roll out the bun into a pancake thickness of 0.5 cm and set aside. So the cake should stand a few hours.
Before you put the rice in a pot with the bottom pour the oil and place the tortilla, so the dried side was on the bottom. I usually make a glass roundels on the cake. Then when applying they look good. You can also cut the dough already prepared diamonds. Then again pour a little oil. And then the rice.
