The perfect dessert on Sunday was the roulade pancakes with tender airy cream and strawberries. The roll was very tasty and looked lovely on the table.

Cooking
Mix all ingredients for pancakes, adding yeast TM "SAF-TIME".
Leave the dough warm for loosening for 1 hour.
Fry the pancakes on both sides.
Whip the cream with sugar and vanilla in a stable mass. Add cottage cheese and use immersion blender to combine everything in a delicate, airy cream.
Us to roll need 12 of the cooled pancakes. Two damn lay with the overlap, air grease cream, put a strip of strawberries and a collapsible tube.
