Braised chicken in sour cream with greens
Once upon a time I read a recipe from a magazine, but it is chicken cooked with potatoes. I slightly changed the recipe and now it has become our daily meal. The chicken turns out so tender!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

  • Salt

Chicken cut into serving pieces.

Garlic chopped but not too finely.

Greens chopped (not too small), together with stems. I have chopped coriander, but it is a good choice.

Chicken fry on high heat in a frying pan with heated oil until light Golden brown.

Next, in a pan spread layer of chicken pieces.

To cover the top half of greens, add half of chopped garlic and a pinch of salt.

Put half of the sour cream.

Repeat in the same order. Pour the oil in which we fried the chicken and add water so that it coated the chicken through.

Cover, bring to a boil over high heat. Then lower the heat to low and simmer about 30 min.
