Cooking
Boiled millet put in a bowl. Screened there flour, smashed eggs and poured the pine nuts, crushed pistachios, mixed nuts and raisins. Added sugar, salt, baking powder, bananas and melted butter.
The dough is well mixed by hand. It was tough. Spread it, not primina, in a paper cuff. In the center of the dough each cuff put the piece of chocolate. I have milk chocolate. Bitter or dark goes better. I didn't have neither one nor the other of chocolate. The cuff was placed in a form with cells and put bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.
The cupcakes rose up and flushed. Baked them for 20 minutes on average.
Took the muffins out of the oven and released from the cuffs.
The cooled cupcakes sprinkled with sugar powder.
Cupcakes in cross section. Nuts fried, and in the middle swelled and was moist. The bite nice burst. The chocolate melted completely. That is not melted, pleasantly crackled.
Golden millet TM Mistral.
