  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Brisket

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Rice poured into the pot, wash well and boil in plenty of water. When cooked add salt. In the boiled rice, put butter.

While the rice is cooking, finely chop the tomatoes.

RUB on a small grater cheese.

Cut the bacon pieces. Fry it in the pan.

In the boiled rice add the chopped tomatoes, grated cheese. Mix everything.

Spread on a plate rice ring, in the centre we do deepening, where we spread the fried bacon. Bacon sprinkle with balsamic vinegar (optional).
