Cooking
Onions cut thin half-rings, carrot grate on a coarse grater. Fry in skillet in vegetable oil.
Shinkuem cabbage and put into a saucepan of carrots and onions. Fry on low heat, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stalks of celery cut into pieces, pour the cabbage, sprinkle with salt and add cumin. Cover with a lid and simmer 15 minutes (stir occasionally).
Grapes, sort, wash, if large - cut into 2-3 pieces, if small leave whole grape. Add the grapes to vegetables, stir, simmer for another 5-7 minutes and switch off. You can give cabbage "brew" for 10 minutes and serve immediately! Bon appetit!
