Description
Ian fried with onions (UPA - polurastenie, pouzivate with a high content of iodine). The taste of the dish does not resemble anything from traditional products, is that remotely the taste of squid.

Cooking
To take the UPA 7-8 pieces.
To clean the UPA from the rind, dark innards, rinse under running water.
Lower the UPA in boiling water for 2-3 minutes (to get rid of excess liquid and bitterness). Boiled UPA finely chopped, peeled onion cut into half rings.
On a heated pan add vegetable oil, fry the onion and the UPA until Golden brown. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
Cool, put in a salad bowl. Bon appetit!
