Omelet
In the morning, a little that pleases. Especially if it's a weekday, and You rush to work for some scrambled eggs... This will add You a good mood and strength to endure until lunch time.

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Dill

  • Parsley

  • Milk

    9 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Carp to clean from the bones, chop finely. Mix with butter and flour.

Fry in a hot pan until cooked.

Prepare the sauce: beat the eggs, add milk, salt, peppers and herbs.

Pan evenly flatten the fish and pour our mixture. Reduce the heat, cover with a lid. When ready remove from heat, lift the lid
