Chocolate pie with pears
Tried to cook and pies to Zepter cookware, the result was very pleased, although I was very worried that nothing would happen, but I think for Zepter pots not impossible.

Ingredients

  • Corn flour

    150 g

  • Cocoa powder

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    130 g

  • Honey

    150 ml

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Pear

    5 piece

  • Milk

    125 ml

With a mixer beat the eggs, melted butter and honey until fluffy. It is necessary of the total quantity of honey put 2 tbsp.

Mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon. In three steps sift the dry mixture into the batter alternating with the milk and every time completely involving.
