Sift the flour.

In the bowl of a blender put the sugar and softened butter. Beat until the consistency of cream. Then one by one add the eggs, beating well after each. Add the vanilla essence (I have vanilla — 1 bag) and beat again.

Half the sifted flour mixed with soda and baking powder. Add to the butter cream. And knead until smooth.

Add sour cream, mix well.

Then add the remaining flour and again knead. The vanilla dough is ready!

To prepare tea the dough. Almonds to grind into flour.

In a separate bowl, mix half of the sifted flour, soda, baking powder and matcha tea. Mix thoroughly.

To make some "magic" movements in the test with a wooden skewer and put in a preheated 180°C oven. Bake for 35 — 45 minutes, until dry matches (focus on your oven, I baked it slightly longer).
