Country pie with pumpkin
Pumpkin season is in full swing, so you can treat yourself to a variety of dishes from this delicious and very healthy vegetable crops. I love this orange beauty, so dinner tonight was pie. The cooking process does not require much time, ingredients available in each family. Tender and juicy, the filling literally melts in your mouth! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    350 g

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    1 pack

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Onion peel and chop finely, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes, pumpkin also clean, remove seeds and cut into small cubes

Puff pastry ( I use ready yeast dough - 1 pack or 2 plates) roll out and place on a baking tray, use baking paper if necessary, I just oiled a baking sheet with oil

To the vegetables add the thawed ground meat ( I razmarivaet at room temperature), salt, pepper and all mix well. On the dough put the filling evenly and close the second layer of dough

Greased pie with egg yolk and put in preheated at 180 C oven for 40-45 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on your oven, consider this. All of the ingredients I came up with two pies.
