Ran out of bread at home. But on the street it was pouring sideways rain. Umbrella does not help. Gusts of wind wrenched the umbrella. Son came home from work soaked through. To go out is clearly not desirable. From this situation one solution is to bake bread the most. But baking yeast bread or sourdough for a long time. The dough should vyhodets. The way out - Irish soda bread. I baked it on kvass TM "Ochakovo". Kvass - this is our, Russian. We got a kind of fusion. I served with egg-onion paste. Washed down with kvass.

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Butter

  • Salt

Mix rye and wheat flour, salt, soda, baking powder and spices.
