My fish zrazy
Know what cooking options are many, offer their own version. And this time I had the fillet of herring. It was very tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    700 g

  • Baton

  • Milk

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Fillet cut into small cubes, trying to cut all the bones.

Part fillet delayed in a separate container, add egg, salt, pepper, diced onion. Shred everything in the processor – you will get mass resembling pate. Return this part back to the fish cubes. Add soaked in milk loaf (the rest of the milk don't pour), knead the dough well and let it rest for a few minutes.

With wet hands make a flapjack, put the cheese, molding the chop. Spread on a heated pan. Fry on both sides.

The milk, which soaked the loaf, strain through a sieve, will make the sauce. This time I found "the Magicians" (on the second tomato-cream). If there is no "Maggi", then mix milk with tomato paste (can be ketchup), add a knob of butter, salt, pepper, bring to a boil, add 1 tbsp flour, allow to thicken.

Mix Maggi with milk, bring to a boil, allow to thicken.

Zraziki spread on a plate, pour sauce, decorate and Bon APPETITE!!!
