Pancake filled with cottage cheese and fruit
Fruit with cinnamon and cottage cheese is an extremely tasty treat, wrapped in thin pancakes.

Ingredients

  • Apple

  • Pear

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Brown sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Curd

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Water

    200 ml

Make the batter for pancakes. Mix all the ingredients, add the sunflower oil and stirring constantly with the whisk, pour in the batter boiling water. The liquid batter for thin pancakes.
