Pancake with smoked brisket
Air pancakes pancake with a rich stuffing!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 pinch

  • Flour

    7 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Brisket

    3 slice

  • Dutch cheese

    30 g

Slices of bacon cut in half.

Bacon fry in a dry pan, both sides until Golden brown.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough, at the end add the oil and chilli. Mix well.

Cheese cut with a vegetable peeler.

Preheat the frying pan and smear 1 tsp of vegetable oil.

Now remove the pan from the fire, pour into it 2 tbsp of dough and put a slice of cheese.

Put fried bacon and again a slice or two of cheese.

Finishing 1 tbsp of dough and return on slow fire. Fry both sides until Golden brown. Also to do with the rest of dough and filling. Serve with sour cream or yogurt. Bon appetit!
