Some time have a weakness for spinach pancakes - very impressive look at the table and eaten in the first place. I offer you a very simple composition, but delicious and savory stuffing -a"sauce". Everyone who loves anything spread on bread, pancakes, pita bread, etc. - please to the table - I think you will like it.

Cooking
We need pancakes. Every housewife uses her recipe for pancakes. I make pancakes like this: a Little warm up 500 ml of yogurt, add 4-5 eggs, 5 tbsp oil, salt, sugar and pour the flour to the state of the dough for pancakes. Together with put flour 0.5 teaspoon baking soda the Dough becomes thick, it is diluted with carbonated mineral water to desired consistency - it all depends on how thick you want to make pancakes.
To the prepared pancake dough add spinach - fresh or frozen and stir. I have a cube of frozen spinach.
The amount of spinach you can increase will have more bright color in pancakes.
Now prepare the filling. Mix 150-200 g (Cup) cream cheese, 1 finely chopped pickled cucumber, chopped fresh herbs, ham (I have a home, can smoked brisket, etc.), flavored with 1 tbsp sour cream and 1 tsp. of prepared horseradish. Fuck mandatory, it gives a certain piquancy and a slight kick to the ground. Stir. Trying - maybe you need to add more salt or horseradish. The more horseradish, the better ( assuming you like spicy)
On pancake spread the filling, even out.
Turn the pancake roll and cut.
Served to the table. As it fails I photographed this recipe, so sorry - but believe me, the filling is well, very tasty - I recommend to try. Pancakes of course you can use regular. But again- I wore them to work on the holiday table - they ate before everything really settled down, like so. So I strongly advise to try these pancakes on pancake week
