Cooking
Here all our products.
Chicken wings put in a pot. Pour water to just cover the wings. Bring to boil, cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Drain the water from the wings and put them back in the pan. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, broth, salt (I did not add because I have a strong enough soy and oyster sauces) and sugar. Slowly bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, finely chop the ginger.
When the broth is boiled and is very concentrated (enough liquid sauce), remove the pan from the heat.
Ready wings liberally cover with the sauce remaining in the pan, sprinkle with ginger, ground black pepper and salt (if not salty enough). Best served of course with rice, as in China! :) Bon appetit! :)
