Cooking
1. We start with the fact that three of butter on the grater. Then add to it eggs, sugar and salt. It all mix well. Then add the sour cream and soda, slaked vinegar. Next, begin to add gradually the flour. At first stirring with a spoon, and then hands on the table. Interfere with it until then, until the dough no longer stick to hands and the table. But it should not be very tight. Then we wrap the dough in cling film and put in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. 2. After 30-40 minutes take the dough and divide it into 2 parts: bigger and smaller. The bigger one, roll on the table and using a rolling pin put into the form (at the bottom of the form I put the paper for baking, and the sides greased with butter). And the edges cut with a knife.
Lubricated with jam. I have raspberry. A thick layer does not need to do, otherwise the filling will just melt when you cut the pie.
The smaller part of the dough we roll out on the table.
Cut layer into strips and using the rolling pin, transfer them to our cake. First vertically, then horizontally.
This has to happen. (now is the time to turn on the oven, at 180 degrees)
Edge we so carefully cut with a knife.
Next, we mix a tablespoon of milk 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Warmed in the microwave and stir until the sugar is dissolved. This mixture we greased our cake. And all, put in oven preheated to 180 degrees. (I first put on the bottom, wait for about 10 minutes, then lift a little higher, waiting for another 10 minutes and then raise even higher, and wait until the cake is browned)
Ready. We have to wait until the cake has cooled, and can invite friends for tea.
