  • Carp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

carp, wash, salt

roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil

fry until browned

pour it all with sour cream and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees
