Cooking
In a pot of water add chicken leg quarter. A pot is put on intense fire, when boiling remove the foam. Lower the heat to minimum, add to the pot salt to taste, Bay leaf, 5-6 peas allspice, cook until tender leg quarter.
Onion (1 PC.) slice it into half rings.
Shred julienne carrots (1 piece).
In a pan, add onions and carrots, add 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil, sauté the vegetables until light Golden brown.
With boiled chicken legs to remove the meat, cut the meat into cubes (slices).
To passerovannym vegetables add diced chicken meat, add 50 grams. butter, add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Lightly fried chicken with vegetables. Boil pasta in salted water until Al dente. Next, drain the water, add the pasta to fried chicken meat and vegetables. All is well warm up on slow fire. The dish is ready.
