Charlotte lean
Delicious and quick Apple pie with apples. Gentle delicacy in the post. By adding turmeric to the dough with a slightly reddish tinge.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Brown sugar

    70 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Water, carbonated

    90 ml

  • Apple

    1.5 piece

  • Turmeric

    0.333 plug

Cooking

In a bowl sift the flour with the baking powder. Add a small brown sugar from the Mistral.

Add to flour mixture turmeric.

In a bowl add the vegetable oil and sparkling mineral water.

Stir the batter until smooth.

Spread half of dough in greased with vegetable oil form ( I have 20 cm in diameter).

Wash apples, peel and cut into thin slices. Put half of the apples on the dough.

On top pour the remaining batter and spread the remaining apples. Sprinkle Apple pie 1 tbsp cane sugar Mistral.

Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes.
