Description

The fish is marinated in explanation escabeche
I suggest you to make a fragrant and delicious dish of fish. It can be served cold as a snack, and a hot, pre-heated dish. Fish it is best to take white with a minimum of bones. I used walleye and pike pieces. Pike turned out much tastier. This recipe is better to use a fish that holds its shape.

Ingredients

  • Fish

    500 g

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vinegar

    150 ml

  • Dry white wine

    150 ml

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Juice tangerine

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cherry tomatoes

    7 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Fish to clean, gut and rinse well. Dry with a paper towel. If necessary, cut into large pieces. Small fish can be cooked whole.

Flour salt, pepper (I have a mill with red pepper and sea salt). Fish roll in the mixture and fry on all sides.

From tangerines squeeze the juice can with pulp.

Onion peel and cut into rings. Garlic peel and cut into thin slices.

The fish is ready remove from the pan. In a frying pan for the remainder of the fish oil to fry on low heat the onion and garlic, literally 1 minute.

Pepper, pour soy sauce and simmer for a few minutes.

Add, cut into halves cherry tomatoes. Pour in the tangerine juice, vinegar and wine. Add salt if necessary, add sugar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.

A fish put into a small saucepan.

Pour the fish boiling marinade and allow to cool completely. Put into the refrigerator overnight.

Serve as a snack, cold or warm, as a hot dish.
