Cooking
Peeled potatoes cut cubes and put in pot which holds 1 litre 300 g Liver, sliced cubes. It previously was twice filled with hot water and bring to boil. Water scale poured. Sliced diced the carrots and onions. All the chopped vegetables and liver put in a pot. Poured roots, pepper, turmeric, salt, and added a Bay leaf. The roots dried and crushed itself. Store in a glass jar with a tight lid and add some salt. The composition of the dried and shredded mix, parsnips, carrots, celery, parsley.
Poured the broth, added the cream and butter.
Closed the pot lid and put it in a preheated 200 degree oven.
After an hour with the pot removed the lid and left for another 10 minutes in the oven to brown the top.
The dish is very fragrant and delicious! It was served with salad according to the recipe Tanya-mtata "Carpaccio of tomatoes".
