Diet almond citrus muffins
I have a sweet tooth! But choose the right food. And I want to introduce you to gentle, light, but no less delicious muffins without flour, sugar and butter. To sweeten your diet life I use stevia (stevioside).

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    180 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Stevia

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vanilla essence

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Orange wash thoroughly, cook over medium heat for 30 minutes until soft. You can use lemon.

Boiled the oranges to cool, cut open, remove seeds. Directly with the skin grind in a blender, puree. Leave to cool.

Grind the almonds to crumbs. I use a small coffee grinder.

Split eggs on whites and yolks. Whip the egg yolks with sweetener, add the lemon juice, vanilla extract, puree and ground almonds. If you wish, you can add a flavor of citrus, or almonds to taste.

Whites beat until stable peaks with a pinch of sea salt. You can whip cream with a drop of lemon juice.

Enter proteins in the dough, gently vimosewa from the bottom up.

Spread out on silicone moulds and bake in a preheated to 180 With oven until dry sticks. It took me 50 min. in an old gas oven.

The finished muffins to cool in the forms, so they are more of them pop up))). I have made chocolate syrup without sugar. Bon appetit!
