Sockeye salmon in a creamy mint sauce with oranges
Delicate fish in a fragrant sauce, juicy orange. This dish will decorate Your holiday table. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    4 piece

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Seasoning

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

Sockeye steaks ( you can take any red fish) wash and dry on a paper towel.

In skillet, heat oil. Gently lay the fish. In order for the fish not priaries to the pan, move it in a little oil. Fry for 2 minutes on each side, on medium heat. Add seasoning.

Sprinkle with dried mint. Salt.

Pour the cream. Stew a couple of minutes on low heat. NOT TO STIR!

Slice the orange, put it on a fish. Cover with a lid and leave to simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve with pickled cucumbers or other vegetables according to Your taste. Garnish rice or mashed potatoes.
