Cooking
Sauerkraut pour boiling water, allow to cool, slightly soak, rinse and squeeze.
Onion cut into feathers. Fry in vegetable oil until transparent.
Turnip peel, cut into bars. Put the onions, add the sugar. Fry a couple of minutes on medium heat.
Fry on low heat, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
Pound in a mortar, the anise, both peppers, cumin. Add in the cabbage all the spices.
Pour in the soy sauce. Is best suited soy sauce wok TM Kikkoman. Stir, continue to cook for a few minutes. Pour 50 ml of boiling water, cover and turn off the heat. Give 5 minutes to stand up.
Submit hot. Before serving, remove the clove flower buds.
