And again harvesting for the winter! This is some juicy verenice pleasantly surprised by its unusual taste for those who love spicy, sweet sauces and additives for meat dishes. Great for baked chicken or grilled chicken, meat and kebabs.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    1.5 kg

  • Sugar

    1 kg

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Coriander

    2 tsp

  • Cardamom

    10 piece

  • Ginger

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

This jam can be made from apples, pears or quince; pears and quinces I have, but there are apples. That's like that.

Cook the syrup: sugar, water, Apple cider vinegar, mix and cook for 10 minutes. My apples, cut into large slices, removing the core to make 1.5 kg.

Drop the apples into the syrup, add the cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, coriander, cinnamon and cook for 1 hour.

Jam should be dark Golden and slightly transparent.

Ready jam put in sterilized jars and preserve. I got 4 jars with a capacity of 0.5 L. If you need varanese only for pies, then turn down all the preservatives and eat half a candy bar for the health and bake cakes! Very tasty, unusual jam!
