Kites, pancakes with cottage cheese and raspberry jam
Try to offer wheat-rye pancakes with a delicious cottage cheese filling.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Rye flour

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Sugar

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Jam

  • Honey

Mix the flour and sift. Add salt, sugar, baking powder. Beat egg. Mix the milk, flour and egg until smooth. Add the vegetable oil, mix well.

The dough of medium thickness (if necessary, add a little more milk or water).

Bake small pancakes on a greased pan (I grease only once - before the first batch) on both sides.

Mix cottage cheese with honey and jam.

For each pancake put a teaspoon of the filling and stung the edge to the middle, to get the bags.
